Looking for a corporate field day company that actually gets your team fired up? We'll organize a Field Day event for your office or group — an all-levels, in-person experience full of friendly competition and, most importantly, fun.
Just like old-school recess, summer camp, or a classic school field day, our events use a series of curated field day games and activities to build camaraderie across every team, department, and fitness level.
How it works:
We usually meet at an outdoor park or venue. Throwback coaches split the group into color-coded teams and walk through what to expect — fun and safety always come first.
Over 1.5–2 hours (or more), our energetic coaches facilitate 5–8 team-based field day games, customized to your group and requiring a mix of brains and brawn. No one needs to be a super athlete to have fun or win.
At the end, we tally scores and announce the winning team, who earns office bragging rights — at least until the rematch.

What is a corporate field day?
