Highlights from a Throwback outdoor birthday party field day
How it works:
We usually meet at an outdoor park or an indoor venue near you, whatever fits your group. Throwback coaches split your group into color-coded teams and walk through what to expect. Fun and safety always come first.
Over about 90 minutes (flexible for your schedule), our energetic coaches facilitate 5-8 games that mix brains and brawn. No one needs to be a super athlete to have fun or win.
At the end, we tally scores and crown a winning team. Instant bragging rights and no gift bags required.
Games & Activities
Think relay races, tug-o-war, and Nerf showdowns, plus original games you won't find anywhere else. We'll tailor the mix and intensity to your group and the occasion. From a laid-back birthday hang to a competitive bachelor party throwdown.

Do you host birthday parties and bachelor/bachelorette events?
Yes! Private, non-corporate events are a regular part of what we do, from milestone birthdays to bachelor and bachelorette celebrations to friend reunions. Same games and coaches as our corporate events, just booked for your group.
How long does a private event run?
Around 90 minutes, though we're flexible if your group wants more time.
How many people can join?
We've hosted groups as small as 6 and as large as several hundred. Let us know your group size and we'll tailor the games to fit.
Can we choose our own games or theme?
Absolutely. Tell us about the occasion and we'll build a lineup around it — including any theme you have in mind.
Can we play indoors?
Yes! We adjust our game itinerary based on the venue.
What should guests wear or bring?
Comfortable, weather-appropriate clothes and shoes you can move in, plus a water bottle. No need to go full spandex.
